How is limiting distribution an effective means to stop diversion? Limiting distribution will most likely affect order fulfillment and limiting anything without reducing the demand (legitimate uses or not) only means that we, at the back of the line, will be denied access temporarily or permantently; depending on the situation.

I too was at the meeting. It is amazing that the IWG thinks that repackaging a med guide and patient info materials is going to be seen as credible by FDA. What have they (IWG) done for the past few months? It certainly did not look like progress when compared to the docket submission from a few months back.
